
Twister Bun
Servings: 9 Buns / 120g each
Ingredients:
(A)
500g Mushroom Mixed Flour
30g Sugar
10g Salt
20g Yeast
(B)
75g Butter
(C)
350g Water
(D)
100g Raisins
Steps:
1. Mix (A) ingredients until evenly combined.
2. Add (B) and knead to form a dough.
3. Gradually add (C) and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Add (D) and mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into 40g portions, roll each into a ball, and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
6. Roll each small dough ball into a strip about 15cm long. Braid 3 strips together to form a plait.
7. Proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
8. Brush the dough with egg wash.
9. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes:
Top Heat: 210°C
Bottom Heat: 170°C
