
Classic Bread Loaf
Servings: 3 Loafs / 350g each
Ingredients:
(A)
500g Mushroom Mix Flour
30g Sugar
10g Salt
20g Yeast
(B)
75g Butter
(C)
350g Water
Steps:
1. Mix (A) ingredients until evenly combined.
2. Add (B) and knead to form a dough.
3. Gradually add (C) and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
5. Divide into desired portions and let rest for another 10 minutes.
6. Shape the dough as desired and place into moulds or trays.
7. Proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
8. Bake in a preheated oven for 36 minutes:
Top Heat: 180°C
Bottom Heat: 235°C
