Burger Bun

Servings: 14 Burgers / 70g each

Ingredients:

(A)
500g Mushroom Mix Flour
30g Sugar
10g Salt
20g Yeast

(B)
75g Butter

(C)
350g Water

Filling:
Chicken Patties
Fried Eggs
Cheese Slices
Lettuce/Cucumber
Mayonnaise
Tomato Slices
Tomato/Chili Sauce
Mustard

Steps:

1. Mix (A) ingredients until evenly combined.
2. Add (B) and knead to form a dough.
3. Gradually add (C) and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Proof for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
5. Divide the dough into 70g portions, roll each into a ball, and let rest for 10 minutes.
6. Flatten each dough ball slightly and place them into a greased baking tray.
7. Proof again for 45 minutes.
8. Bake in an oven for 12-15 minutes at 190°C.

Filling Method:

1. Slice the burger bun horizontally and spread some mayonnaise in between.
2. Fry the chicken patties and eggs. Set them aside for now.
3. Place the lettuce or cucumber in the burger bun. Arrange the tomato slices and cheese slices, then put the fried eggs on top.
4. Put the chicken patties on top of the fried eggs.
5. Pipe some tomato or chili sauce and mustard onto the chicken patties.
